Most would say to weigh at the beginning end of the week and/or weigh yourself every morning (Not nights as you have food still in your belly from during the day-weighing yourself in the morning allows the food to digest overnight) you are able to monitor weight loss and gain if you are able to see that you are loosing just a small amount it will give you the willpower to soldier on if you dont see results it will also make you that much more determined to make those numbers change.
